Starting with a sniff in the chilly morning air
Peakaboo! Jake, Sadie and Kayla
Camera does not pick up the nub of Rainbow glacier, but it looked spectacular! Billie, lookiong North towards Mt Currie enjoys the view while the others have a great sniff...
...So I zoomed in - so beautiful!
Jayda takes a break, and Tao wanders up for a great couple of shots...again the camera does not pick up on the epic peaks we were enjoying across the valley...the dogs and I hung out enjoying the view for a good few minutes before moving down into the forests and sunshine
Say Cheese Tao!
Billie looks a little unsure but soon follows the rest of the crew
We then found some sun and open terrain to let them rage for a bit, Billie was stoked to stretch her legs, arooooooo!
She also enjoyed a gallop with Jayda
Then a lovely roll!
Kayla watches all of this with interest, and decides she may enjoy a treat!
It was then time to carry on exploring...we went deep into the forests...
Jayda and Kayla wait for me to complete the crux section of our forest climb!
...then the three collies pop round the trees
...then off we go again!
Jake looks kinda awkward in this shot, but I really like it for some reason, he is such a good boy, comes as soon as he is called and aside form the odd '...please hurry up I want to keep running' tug at my sleeve every now and then he is a top doggie!
Kayla was licking her lips a lot today - and no I wasn't holding any treats up!! Maybe she thinks the camera may taste nice ha ha :)
All too soon it was back at the truck, where they conveyor belt loaded and sat waiting for me and Billie to load up and enjoy a treat. We were over 2 hours today, it was just too nice to head back down :) More sunshine, mountains and cool dogs tomorrow, can't WAIT!
Parting shot...we live in a beautiful, amazing place and I feel so lucky to call this home and share it with your super cool dogs each day. Awesome.
