Ever, Skip and I explored a new trail today (shhh, it's a secret) and it was awesome! We climbed hard, played in snowmelt, had a 5 min break where I rolled with them in the snow (yup, much to their excitement!) and we dug holes then I took some cool pics. We had some 'lets everyone do as they are asked' stick play on the way back down, and they were awesome! It was so funny, they were exhausted running up and down the hill, and I had a good rest (apart from my throwing arm)...both dogs responded really well and apart from a minor distraction (squirrel?) that took Skip's attention for about 2 minutes max, they rocked it today.

Ever and Skip model dog shoot 1...
Skipper is the perfect model!At this point in time we had been sniffing, rolling and digging together in the snow, Skip then posed perfectly for some shots, he is such a camera friendly dog! Then I tried to get a similar pose from Ever, who was just still so stoked I had been behaving like a dog, so the nearest shot I got that was usable was this!!
ha ha! She is so cool, and very excited here!!So after the above shenanigans we headed back down, had the aforementioned stick play, then home. What a great day!
