High Energy and good behaviour can work in harmony!!

Ha, today was awesome! We had a super high energy crew, they were so funny! Skipper was on full form instigating play by galloping around in circles, Ever was hyped up, Kayla was raging round like a pup and being super social with all the others today with less focus on the fir cones for some reason, and we had Levi from WAG, a super sweet, hyper and lovely boy...and the bonus is, they were ALL suuuuuper well behaved - what a perfect combo, high energy and entertainment for me, with perfect manners, recall, and general dog-awesomeness all round :)

We started with a climb to settle them in - Levi at the back of the above shot had the doggy pack on today, doesn't he look smart! Skip leads the way, with Kayla and Ever-bear behind. Here is a mugshot of the lovely Levi:

...pleased to meet you Levi!
For the first hour we climbed up and back on a relatively steep but well trodden trail to let me get to know Levi and see how they all interacted without getting tangled in the leash and Alders of the more winding trails. Once I had established that he rocks and that the group vibe was super good, we went back down to our more regular route where squirrelly distractions and winding forested trails are waaaaaay more fun!
We had fun on the woodwork - Kayla being the example of how to cross raised bike trail bridges...she trotted over them like something out of a dog show! Skip decided he would rather roll in the snow, but the others follwed Kayla for the game, me included and Levi seemed to enjoy himself too!

Skip says '...stuff playing on the woodwork, I need a good roll....' I love this shot - and I did make sure he was rolling just  for the stoke of it, not in anything stinky!

Then after a good two hours of solid fun...we headed back down to the truck where in perfect formation they conveyor-belt loaded the ramp in enough super chilled fashion for me to grab the camera and get a good shot along with holding Levi on leash and and a huge amount of poop bags( keep finding poop on trail, is someone else not collecting it? tut tut!!)
...and in they go...Levi included!

Another wicked day in dog land...the little darlings, see you all tomorrow - arooooo!

Arooooooooooooooooooooooo!
